1. Types of Residence Cards
- Non-ECOWAS Foreign Resident Card: For citizens of Europe, the Americas, Asia, and non-ECOWAS African countries staying over 90 days.
- ECOWAS Resident Card: For citizens of ECOWAS member states residing permanently in Ivory Coast.
2. Required Documents (ONECI Enrollment)
- Original Passport valid for at least 6 months with an entry visa from SNEDAI.
- Proof of Address in Abidjan (lease agreement, utility bill CIE/SODECI, or residence certificate).
- Employment Contract endorsed by the Ministry of Labor or Company Registration Certificate (RCCM).
- Police Clearance Certificate from home country issued within the last 3 months.
- Official Payment Receipt for ONECI card fees paid online.
