Data Controller
The data controller for this website is A.G. Sarl — RCCM RB/COT/21 B 29433. This is the same legal entity referenced in our Legal Notice.
Data We Collect
We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through our forms:
- Contact and inquiry requests: full name, email address, phone number, and the subject of your message.
- iPass Privilège membership requests: full name, email address, phone number, preferred card engraving, and interests.
Audience measurement is provided by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), under the conditions described in the Cookies section.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to respond to your contact or information requests, and to process your iPass Privilège membership reservation, including the associated deposit payment.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests, on the steps necessary prior to entering into a contract (iPass Privilège membership), and, where applicable, on your consent.
Data Retention
Your contact details are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Data linked to a payment or booking may be kept longer where the law requires it (accounting obligations).
Data Recipients
Your data may be accessed by the site's editorial team and by technical service providers necessary to operate the site, notably our hosting provider Hostinger (server located in Lithuania, European Union) and our payment service provider FeexPay for the processing of iPass Privilège deposit payments. Requests sent through forms are also recorded in the network’s administration tool, whose database is hosted on our own server (Hostinger, Lithuania, European Union). Backup copies are kept at Cloudflare, Inc. (R2 storage, European Union jurisdiction), whose data processing agreement (DPA) covers this processing. Bookings, orders and subscriptions are stored with our database provider Supabase, Inc.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data, and you can withdraw any consent you gave at any time. We reply within one month. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.
Supervisory Authority
If you are a resident of Côte d'Ivoire, you may also lodge a complaint with the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), the authority responsible for personal data protection under Law No. 2013-450: artci.ci. If you reside in the European Union, you may contact the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies
This site uses technical cookies strictly necessary for it to function and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure its audience (pages viewed, device type, country). If you accept in the banner, Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set: Google only receives anonymous signals, with no cookie or identifier, used to estimate overall traffic (Google consent mode). Visits are also counted by Umami, a self-hosted audience-measurement tool that uses no cookies and no data that identifies you. Your choice is kept for up to 13 months; you can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. No advertising cookies are used.
