- Submit Application at QUIPUX: Present valid passport, foreign license, and ONECI resident card.
- Medical Fitness Examination: Undergo mandatory eye test at an accredited medical center.
- Biometric Data Capture: Capture photo and fingerprints at QUIPUX centers (Plateau, Cocody, Marcory).
